Here are some Mandrake scans published from Magic comics issue #1 August 1939 I wish to share with my fellow fans in honor of Lee Falk. (Magic comics contain other popular characters such as Dagwood & Blondie, Henry, Secret Agent X and is very entertaining)
Superbbbbbbbbbbb effort dude! just post more mandrake comics & ur site become an instant hit as there r lottsa fans of this LEGENDARY MAGICIAN like me .... Post specially all those after '90. I'll add ur site-link in my blog
@Chandoba: Thanks for helping me out in getting the blog going and the inspiration. Yes, you are the First in the blog and for this strip. @Sagnik: Welcome friend. Sure, will do my best to find the scans. Thanks for visiting and adding my blog to your site. @Ciro: Welcome friend. Thanks and keep coming back for more. @Comic Guy: Welcome friend. Thanks for visiting and keep coming back for more. @Frank: Welcome friend. Thanks for visiting and keep coming back for more. I will post the link soon.
@All: Have found out that in the Magic comics the complete story is not published in one issue. So if subsequent issues cannot be found the story will be incomplete and may not be worth posting if a Daily or Sunday strip is available which is complete. Only thing is it is Black & White, don't know if people like it. I will provide this daily soon.
@mandrake fan:do u've the story where mandrake-narda first met Magnon- at central galaxy '[may b '54/'55 strips]
Never know that 'magic comics' published mandrake!!But, frm the pattern , i think they directly published the strips .... without even edited banner at each page
@Col. Worubu: Welcome aboard. Thanks for visiting and keep coming back for more. @Sagnik: Looked around don't have scans in 50's era at all. Will keep looking for it until someone can provide me, when I get it I will post it here. @ICC:Thanks for the input
nice effort dude....any site devoted entirely to mandrake deserves a double dose of congratulations....expecting to see exclusive mandrake only on this site..good show!!
@Ranjit:Welcome aboard as well. Thanks for visiting and keep coming back for more. Yes you will all see Mandrake classic strips and comics only on this blog. I am hoping someday this blog will be bookmarked by all mandrake fans around the world as one of the places to visit for reading Mandrake comics
Thanks for visiting this blog, perhaps the one and only place on the web having the most Mandrake comic strips.
If you happen to come across or have Mandrake comic strips/books (in English preferably) please scan them and I can post them here. Please email me if you have any questions.
