#069:D029 - The Witch of Kaloon 04-12-1943 to 10-23-1943

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!
Blogging from LA, California visiting my Brother-In-Law's family. Having lots of fun with kids and enjoying great company. I give thanks to my family & GOD for what I am today.
I thank all the contributors today (not that I don't thank them everytime when I read a strip or a comic scan) for sharing their collection of Mandrake Strips and comic collections.
To celebrate thanksgiving, am posting a full daily story with high quality scans made by Tom Williams (from Canada). Special thanks to him on this day for sharing his collection. I hope he is reading the blog as my emails to him have gone unanswered. I hope he is doing well.
Enjoy the story. Since this is a daily strip thought people could enjoy the strip better by reading them offline. Special compliments to Google, MediaFire and Imageshack, without which the blog could have never have existed.

However,he lost a good amt, only left these few..
It has

Just finished The Witch of Kaloon !!
An Amazing ,thrilling vintage(1943) Mandrake strip, which's quite UNUSUAL than his other adventures....it's really grippin' from very begining n with a perfect ending!!

It's may b sound crazy,but then,while reading,I felt similarities with some spooky thrillers(novels) of ol' era!may b great Falk was inspired! ;O)

Dear MTM,Iam disappointed,i thought a indrajal wud be next.
Will wait for my turn.
But your vintage strip has blown away all my blues,so no regrets.
Great effort.
Only thing why i prefer IC's over these strips,is because of colour format as things become more lively.
and complete version . I wish all these nice strips were published by IC's.

Continue ur great effort and enjoy ur visit.

The dailies are some of my very favorites - I love the black and white pen and brush work on these stories. Thanks for this treat!

Thank you for posting it: I have read the first part of the history many years ago and I was still curious to see how it would end.
